Marianne is the most passionate wedding planner I’ve ever met. She’s not only super organized, well resourced and an excellent communicator, but she above all puts her passion and heart in everything she does. If you still reading my review, STOP, go book with her, then come back to read the rest of this review, because it’ll be long, cause she’s well worth every praise! Marianne, since day 1, was on top of every detail, the same level she was the day of the wedding. She was attentive to every word I said, remembered the details better than I did, myself, and helped me bring my vision of our wedding to life. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to perfection, and that every vendor did what they needed to do. Once we had all the contracts in place with the vendors, she was in charge of all communications after, which was a huge stress relief for my husband and I. Coming from an IT background, she had a 7 pages, color coded, shareable spreadsheet, with every detail of the timeline!! For that alone, she deserves 10 starts! Our wedding day went smoothly and flawlessly and we were able to just enjoy ourselves, our guests and the memories we created that day, because she took care of everything else. Marianne, I can’t thank you enough.. you planned the amazing wedding we had, not only as a wedding planner, but also as family ❤️ I’m lucky I had you as a planner, and more lucky to have gained a wonderful friend ❤️

My wedding was absolutely beautiful and was a huge hit with all my guests. My family absolutely love Marianne, and she went above and beyond doing everything she could to make my day memorable. I totally recommend my dream planners, if you want your day to be 10/10. Marianne is very thoughtful, responsive and gets things done. I don’t know what I would do without having her apart of my special day!

Marianne (Moura) was a great wedding planner. She is very meticulous, organized and her attention to detail is outstanding. She thought of things that we never would have thought were important no matter how small the matter was. Without her, I would have been lost and extremely stressed out. She made wedding planning easier to handle and I couldn’t have done it without her. The dress rehearsal and more importantly the wedding went on without a problem and we owe it all to Moura. We highly recommend Moura to anyone who wants to plan their wedding.

To say Marianne is excellent at her job would be an understatement. Her attention to detail and organization, coupled with her willingness to go above and beyond for me as a bride truly allowed me to have the best day of my life. My hubby too! We were ecstatic to be married and we were able to really experience every moment of it- from the ceremony to the reception, she handled every detail. Marianne thought of everything!!! If you want a perfect wedding, you have to have Moura and Mark! Not a single guest didn’t ask who she is because of how caring, sweet, organized and helpful she is. My wedding preparation were last minute and I was running everywhere but once I asked Moura and Mark for help… everything came together . They helped me in all details, big and small, for the rehearsal and wedding day. Everything was on time and went smoothly. There was so much that I forgot because of the rush I was in and I found Moura already taking care of it and my wedding was beautiful. If it wasn’t for her, I would’ve not been able to do it . Thinking back on my wedding day, one thing that really sticks out in my memory is how smooth and perfect the day went. We often hear of brides being stressed out or anxious, but that definitely was not the case for me. There is only one person I have to thank for that. Marianne made my wedding day exactly how I wanted it to be and more. She went over and beyond to make sure things were on time, organized, smooth, and just absolutely perfect. She took the time from her days before the wedding to ask me all the questions she could to make sure she does exactly what I wanted to be done for my wedding day. Pola and I could not have asked or prayed for a better planner for our special day. My husband and I recently married, and Marianne Ayad made sure the day was absolutely flawless! She coordinated seamlessly with our vendors and took care of many of the details leading up to the big day. She took care of issues that I didn’t even know existed until after they were over and dealt with. She understood our vision perfectly, and made sure that all those involved in our wedding understood our vision as well. She is amazing at taking charge even in chaotic situations. She is flexible, punctual, professional, organized, and always upbeat. We highly recommend her and our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without her!

Having Marianne Ayad (Moura) as our wedding coordinator was one of the best wedding-related decisions we made. With the long distance between us, she was still able to execute all the wedding duties perfectly. Her flexible schedule allowed us to communicate via phone and discuss in detail all our wedding visions. Her calm demeanor and professional expertise were huge assets throughout the wedding planning process. She worked with our wedding officiator and bridal party to choreograph the wedding ceremony, processional and recessional; as well as the wedding reception. She alerted the wedding party as to where they need to be, what they need to do, and at what time. When things went wrong, which they were bound to, I loved how Moura took the initiative to correct them without making it a big deal at all. She decorated my church when it was not done properly. My family, my husband and I were able to relax and enjoy the wedding knowing that the logistics were in Moura’s capable hands. Highly recommend! Thank you for making my dream wedding happen so effortlessly.

I can’t think of a better person to put in charge of my wedding day. From the beginning of my planning process, Moura was a great help to me. She pointed out things I never thought off that made a big difference in my wedding. She is very organized, professional and has lots of experience with weddings. She organized my wedding rehearsal and helped me make sure that everything was set leading up to my wedding. During the actual rehearsal, I was nervous about having everything organized since I had a large wedding party (9 groomsman and 9 bridesmaids) However, Moura did an awesome job of explaining the roles of everyone and having our wedding party practice a couple of times so that by the end of the rehearsal everyone knew what they had to do during the wedding ceremony. On my wedding day, Moura was at church making sure everything was ready while I was getting ready. From the moment I walked into church everything was organized and the whole day flowed smoothly. Maura is an outstanding wedding planner with lots of experience. To top it all off she is so sweet and professional, just the person you need for your wedding or special event!

Nady and I had a destination wedding in Clearwater beach Florida. Being from Arizona and Nady from Indiana we had very limited time to plan hardly anything. Most of our planing was done via phone hoping that somehow Miraculously things will all fall together perfectly. Our true Miracle was Moura Ayad, a God sent gift for sure. I met Moura 3 days before our wedding and it’s like I have known her for years. I would always tell Nady If I was not busy being the bride I would have more time to plan this wedding truly my way. Moura did just that she jumped in with her heart of Gold and tied all the loose ends from communicating with vendors, organizing the church and clarifying ceremony details with priests, bridal parties and ushers. Moura has a unique style in getting things done she is not only detailed and prompt she does it all with a beautiful smile on her face no matter how demanding and exhausting the task can be. Her smile along with her continuous support throughout the last few days before my wedding made me truly enjoy every minute of that day. A bride does not need a spa to relax you just need Moura around you and you can count on being truly relaxed to enjoy your day like a true bride with picture ready smiles. Moura, Nady and I will never forget what you have done for us. You are simply amazing!

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for helping organize my wedding/bridal party and making sure everything ran smoothly! From the beginning of the church decor, vendors, the church entrance to the reception, Moura was there by everyone’s side! She saved me multiple times and came through for me. From the bustle of my dress as I made my entrance into the reception to making sure all 300 of my guests found their seat. I had friends and family surrounding me, but in all honesty, Moura was the one that I could count on. Everything was organized within all the chaos of the day. As a bride I couldn’t concentrate on the details but she knew what I wanted and took care of it without me asking. Thanks again Moura!!!!
